The method comprises the steps that the server obtains sign-in information of the client, wherein the sign-in information comprises the sign-in number of days of the client; the server sends an anchor association card to the client when the sign-in number of days is greater than or equal to the preset number of days; the server adds the identifier of the client to an attention client identifier set of an anchor corresponding to the anchor association card when an instruction which is sent by the client and is used for indicating use of the anchor association card is received; the server sends an instruction to the client when it is detected that the client logs in a live broadcast room successfully, wherein the instruction is used for instructing the client to display labels corresponding to all client identifiers in the attention client identifier set through adoption of a bullet screen mode according to a set display mode.
