The draw gear comprises a swing bolster, primary springs, and secondary springs; and the swing bolster is connected with a railway vehicle body by a swing mechanism. In addition, the draw gear also includes two traction rods parallel to each other; the two traction rods are installed between two side beams of a frame; and one side, in a longitudinal direction of the railway vehicle body, of the swing bolster is connected with end beams of the frame by the two traction rods. According to the invention, the draw gear has a simple and compact structure and has light weight. Transmission of a traction force and a braking force during the vehicle operation process can be realized well; vertical, transverse, and longitudinal loads are carried; small-curve passing capability is improved substantially; and because of the overall flat structure, the floor height is reduced substantially.
