Problems solved by technology

When the existing inspection bench is working, the wheels are parked between the front and rear rollers. Due to the large mass of the car, when the wheels enter and exit between the rollers, they will impact the rollers, which may seriously damage the rollers and the inside of the inspection bench. Components cause vibrations, making the connection loose or invalid, requiring frequent maintenance, which will affect the normal use of the test bench in the long run

Abstract

The invention discloses a lifting device used for an automobile brake inspection. The device comprises a bench body and two parallel rollers arranged on a bench body surface. A rectangular lifting plate is arranged between the two rollers. A long axis of the lifting plate is parallel to an axis of each roller. A lower portion of the lifting plate is connected to an air bag. The air bag is connected to a quick-release valve through a stainless steel tube. An internal diameter of the stainless steel tube is gradually reduced along a direction from the quick-release valve to the air bag. An inlet terminal of the quick-release valve is connected to an outlet terminal of a solenoid valve. An inlet terminal of the solenoid valve is connected to an outlet terminal of a silencer. An inlet terminal of the silencer is provided with a filtering pressure-reducing valve. The air bag, the quick-release valve, the solenoid valve, the silencer and the filtering pressure-reducing valve are arranged in the bench body. The invention aims at providing the lifting device used for the automobile brake inspection so as to reduce an impact on an inspection bench, wherein the impact is generated when automobile wheels enter into and leave the rollers of an automobile loading brake inspection bench. A purpose of reducing an inspection bench maintenance frequency is realized.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of automobile inspection platforms, in particular to a lifting device for automobile brake inspection. Background technique [0002] Automobile braking performance is an important indicator and must-check item of the technical conditions of automobile operation safety, which is directly related to road traffic safety. Among the traffic accidents of automobiles, the proportion of accidents caused by the technical failure of the braking system is very large. Therefore, the national standard GB7258-2004 "Technical Conditions for Motor Vehicle Operation Safety", GB18565-2001 "Comprehensive Performance Requirements and Inspection Methods for Commercial Vehicles", GB / T16739.1-2004 "Opening Conditions for Automobile Maintenance Industry Part 1: Complete Vehicles "Maintenance Enterprise" and other standards require mandatory inspection of the braking performance of automobiles. GB7258 stipulates that road test or bench test...
