The vacuum transporting mechanism comprises a plurality of vacuum adsorption heads corresponding to the loading station and the detection stations, and a driving mechanism used for driving the vacuum adsorption heads to reciprocate and to transport to-be-detected products in the product flow direction. A plurality of detection CCD assemblies used for detecting product sizes are arranged on the base and correspond to the loading station and the detection stations. According to the multi-station visual detection mechanism, by means of the simultaneous detection capability of multi-station CCDs, the product sizes are detected in a short time; and the multi-station visual detection mechanism has the automatic loading, unloading and sorting functions, the purpose of fast and efficient detection is achieved, and the stability and the precision rate can reach 100%.
