According to the spring operating mechanism of the invention, in a process in which the manual operating shaft is reset from a switching-off position or a switching-on position, the reset torsional spring can continuously apply a resetting force to the manual operating shaft; after the manual operating shaft is reset, the reset torsional spring can still apply the resetting force; and therefore, reset accuracy can be improved, a reset position can be ensured, and security potential safety hazards can be effectively eliminated.
