The method comprises the following steps: (1) mixing and dissolving template molecules of a sulfanilamide drug mixture, a functional monomer of methacrylic acid and a cross-linking agent of ethylene glycol dimethacrylate in a pore forming agent (a ratio of methanol to acetonitrile is 2:3); adding an initiator, and sealing; (2) crushing the synthesized polymer, removing fine particles, removing the template molecules through extraction; (3) drying the template molecule-removed polymer overnight at a temperature of 60 DEG C to obtain the molecularly imprinted polymer of the sulfanilamide; (4) filling the molecularly imprinted polymer into a solid phase extraction column tube; (5) activating the solid phase extraction column, adding an animal tissue extraction solution or a water sample, wherein the animal tissue extraction solution is dissolved in 40% methanol; then leaching the solid phase extraction column to elute and purify the sulfanilamide. The method provided by the present invention has advantages of high selectivity, high specificity and adverse environment resistance, and has broad application potential.

The preparation method of the invention comprises the following steps: dissolving template molecules of gastrodin and functional monomers of alpha-methacrylic acid into hole forming agents of methanol; sufficiently mixing the materials under the conditions of constant temperature and light shielding to obtain mixed liquid; adding silanization nanometer silicon gel particles, cross linking agents and catalytic amount triggering agents into the mixed liquid; carrying out repeated ultrasonic treatment after sufficient and uniform mixing; introducing nitrogen gas for deoxygenation; sealing the materials; carrying out reaction for 6h in water bath of 50 DEG C; then, carrying out reaction for 24h at 60 DEG C to obtain solid polymers; adopting a Sohxlet extraction method for extracting the solid polymers for more than 48h; carrying out elution for removing template molecules; drying the polymers till the constant weight after the extraction is completed; and obtaining the silicon gel surface gastrodin molecular engram polymers. The molecular engram polymers prepared by the invention have specific identification capability and selective absorption performance on the gastrodin. Compared with ordinary absorping agents, the molecular engram polymers prepared by the invention have the advantages of accuracy, high speed and sensitivity.

The sea-island fibre product not only has the characteristics of a common sea-island fibre but also has the characteristics of high elasticity, lodging resistance, high dyeing degree, high colour fastness, bright finished product colour, no wrinkling, easy care and memory function, thus the sea-island fibre is an ideal fibre used for a top-grade garment material and has great market potential.
