A specific embodiment of the method comprises the steps of receiving the message released by a releasing client; finding a subscription client, wherein a theme of the message subscribed by the subscription client is consistent with the theme of the released message; detecting a value of a session cleaning identifier set on the found subscription client; in response to that the value of the session cleaning identifier set on the found subscription client is a false value, storing the message to a distributed system, and then sending the message stored in the distributed system to the found subscription client. According to the method and the device disclosed by the embodiment, a distributed-configuration message queuing telemetry transport service is realized, and the message congestion problem is solved.
