Due to the adoption of the symmetric operator, the degree of freedom of an optimization problem can be reduced greatly, the calculation complexity can be reduced, and the calculation efficiency can be increased. In addition, due to the introduction of the symmetric operator, only one-bit difference between adjacent quadrants can be ensured.
