Abstract

The processing method includes the steps: (1) collecting fresh dendrobium flowers; (2) withering the fresh dendrobium flowers for 10-14 hours until the water content of the fresh dendrobium flowers reaches 58-62% to obtain withered flowers; (3) lightly rolling the withered flowers for 5-7 minutes to obtain rolled flowers; (4) fermenting the rolled flowers for 3-4 hours to obtain fermented flowers; (5) drying the fermented flowers by microwave until the water content of the fermented flowers reaches 30-35% to obtain primary dried flowers; (6) hermetically stacking the primary dried flowers for 3-4 hours with heat and then drying the primary dried flowers by complete fire until the water content reaches 5-6% to obtain the dendrobium flower tea.
