The production process is characterized by sequentially including the steps of segment production, namely producing segments forming the EPE packaging product on a piece of EPE; molding of the packaging product, namely firstly, placing the segments on a first mold and a second mold respectively, moving the first mold to the position of a reclaiming mechanism which grasping the segment on the first mold and moving the same to a hot-iron station for hot iron, and after hot iron, moving the segment on the second mold to the position below the reclaiming mechanism which vertically moves downwards to allow the segment from the first mold and the segment from the second mold to be molded by bonding. By the adoption of the production process, production efficiency can be improved, and the EPE packaging product can be improved in quality.
