Abstract

The invention discloses a channel access method and device, and aims to solve the problem of resource collision caused by complete synchronization of base stations or terminals of a plurality of operators. The method comprises the following steps that: communication equipment determines a current CCA (Clear Channel Assessment) detection position; and the communication equipment performs CCA detection at the CCA detection position, and transmits a signal on a current channel when the current channel is determined to be clear in order to access the current channel.
