The acrylate rubber is prepared from the following components: 100 weight parts of comb-type acrylate rubber, 20 to 40 weight parts of elastomer, 3 to 6 weight parts of compatilizer, 2 to 8 weight parts of plasticizer, 15 to 35 weight parts of toughening agent, 3 to 5 weight parts of coupling agent, 1 to 3 weight parts of vulcanizing agent, 0 to 5 weight parts of pigment and 36 to 80 weight parts of composite filler.
