Abstract

The invention discloses an automatic servo head-and-tail sealing device for a sintering machine. The automatic servo head-and-tail sealing device for the sintering machine comprises a head sealing device body and a tail sealing device body. The head sealing device body and the tail sealing device body are identical in structure and installing way. Each sealing device body comprises an external sealing strip, sealing rollers, hydraulic cylinders, a driving drum, transverse connecting rods, a telescopic wheel, a supporting roller, stand columns, steering rollers and a bottom supporting frame, wherein one end of each transverse connecting rod is connected with the corresponding sealing roller covered with a high-temperature-resistant elastic body, the other end of each transverse connecting rod is hinged to the corresponding lateral stand column, the middle portion of each transverse connecting rod is connected with the corresponding hydraulic cylinder, and a pressure sensor is arranged between the middle portion of each transverse connecting rod and the corresponding hydraulic cylinder; the connecting rods and the sealing rollers are pushed by the hydraulic cylinders to move up and down around the lateral stand columns; and the driving drum and the telescopic wheel are mounted on the two sides of the bottom supporting frame correspondingly. The sealing device bodies are wrapped with the external sealing strips and driven by a servo motor to move along with a trolley.
