Embodiment Construction

[0019] The present invention will be further described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and embodiments.

[0020] In order to solve the problem in the prior art that the transmission efficiency of the antenna on the metal shell is not high, the present invention provides a wireless live flaw detector for substation insulators, such as figure 1 As shown, it includes a metal shell 10 and a probe 13 , and the antenna 21 extends to the front end of the panel 12 of the metal shell 10 , and the metal shell 10 does not form signal shielding for the antenna 21 .

[0021] In order to allow space for the antenna 21 to transmit and receive, the metal housing 10 is provided with an opening 11 at a position close to the panel 12 .

[0022] Such as figure 2 As shown, on the circuit board 20 inside the metal housing 10 , the antenna 21 is connected to the front edge of the circuit board 20 so that the antenna 21 can better extend to the front of the panel 12 an...

Abstract

The invention relates to a wireless charged flaw detector of a transformer substance insulator. The wireless charged flaw detector comprises a metal shell and a probe, wherein an antenna extends to the front end of a panel of the metal shell, and the metal shell does not shield a signal of the antenna. In the wireless charged flaw detector of the transformer substance insulator, the antenna is arranged at the front end of a PCB and extends to the front end of the panel as far as possible so as to avoid the signal shielding of the metal shell. The antenna is arranged between an LED module and a key module, thereby avoiding the interference of metal electronic devices. Besides the position design of the antenna on the PCB, an opening at the panel of the metal shell is also particularly designed, and a space for the antenna to transmit and receive the signal is reserved. By virtue of actual detection, in a wifi environment, a transmission distance reaches 16 meters, a retransmission probability within 6 meters is less than 8 percent, and the application requirements can be met.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of electric power measurement, and more specifically relates to a wireless live flaw detector for substation insulators. Background technique [0002] Porcelain post insulators are an important component of the operation of power plants and substations. They are widely used in power systems and have three functions: supporting wires, circuit breakers and high-voltage switches. Once the porcelain post insulator cracks or breaks, it may cause a large-scale short circuit, grounding, and even cause casualties to nearby workers. The incidence of circuit breaker and high voltage switchgear failures caused by mechanical damage to porcelain post insulators is high, especially with the aging of insulators, and their failure incidence increases accordingly. Fault practices in many power companies and substations show that the key to preventing such accidents is to detect defects such as external and internal cracks and mechani...
