The method comprises the following steps of: receiving a query request corresponding to a user identifier; querying a set of associated promotion information according to the query request and feeding back the set of the associated promotion information; receiving a promotion information selection command corresponding to the set of the associated promotion information and determining a piece of associated promotion information selected from the queried set of the associated promotion information according to the promotion information selection command; and fusing user promotion information corresponding to the user identifier with the selected associated promotion information so as to generate fused promotion information, and publishing the fused promotion information. According to the promotion information processing method and device, an associated relationship is formed by the user promotion information and the selected promotion information in the fused promotion information; and during the propagation after the publishing, the user promotion information and the selected associated promotion information in the fused promotion information are promoted together.
