Abstract

The invention provides a refrigeration system. The refrigeration system comprises a refrigeration loop and a purification loop. The refrigeration loop comprises a compressor, a condenser, a throttling element and an evaporator, wherein the compressor, the condenser, the throttling element and the evaporator are sequentially connected through a pipeline. The purification loop is connected to the refrigeration loop and is used for separation of pressure-keeping gas in the refrigeration loop. The refrigeration loop is connected to the purification loop on the top of the condenser or the top of the compressor. The invention further provides a purification method used for the refrigeration system. The purification method includes the steps that within the first time period, the step S1 that a refrigerant meeting the designed refrigerating capacity is injected into the refrigeration system and the step S2 that the pressure-keeping gas is injected into the refrigeration system so that the pressure in the refrigeration system can be higher than the atmospheric pressure are executed; and within the second time period, the step S3 that the pressure-keeping gas in the refrigeration system is separated and discharged is executed. By means of the refrigeration system and the purification method, efficient and reliable separation of the refrigerant and the pressure-keeping gas can be achieved, and it is avoided that the problems of refrigerant leakage and device corrosion are generated in the transportation process of refrigeration devices.
