An optical fiber connector assembly disclosed by the present invention comprises a shell, an optical fiber adapter, an optical fiber connector and an optical cable. The optical cable is equipped with an optical cable fixing device, a reinforcement element of the optical cable is fixed on the optical cable fixing device, and an optical fiber of the optical cable penetrates the optical cable fixing device. The optical fiber connector assembly also comprises an end cap fixed in a first port of the shell, and the optical cable fixing device is separated from the optical fiber connector and is accommodated in an accommodating cavity of the end cap.
