Abstract

The invention discloses a testing machine for testing displacement and transmission torque during a clutch process of a clutch. The testing machine is characterized in that the clutch is supported on a horizontal test platform, a flywheel in the clutch is driven by a driving motor to rotate, and a leading screw is driven to rotate by a stepping motor, so that a push rod in threaded cooperation with the leading screw is displaced in axial direction. One end of a horizontal disconnecting lever abuts against the push rod, and the other end abuts against a disconnecting sleeve. The disconnecting sleeve sleeves the output spline shaft of the clutch and abuts against the end face of a separating bearing in the clutch. A hydraulic loading brake apparatus realizes loading by a pair of lining support moving relatively to each other to drive the linings to encircle a loaded brake friction wheel, and a loading brake shaft fixedly connected with the friction wheel is in shaft connection with the output spline shaft of the clutch.
