The test method includes the following steps that: (A) all one-redundancy failure fault modes and physical fault causes are determined according to the control architecture of the servo system; B) the correctness of each one-redundancy failure fault tolerance function of the servo system is verified through adopting a simulation test method; and (C) if the correctness of each one-redundancy failure fault tolerance function passes verification, the one-redundancy fault tolerance function of the servo system is qualified, if any one one-redundancy failure fault tolerance function fails to pass the verification, a fault cause is found out, after a fault is eliminated, verification is carried out again until the correctness of each one-redundancy failure fault tolerance function passes verification.
