The liquid crystal panel transferring device comprises a transferring platform and an adsorption unit which is fixedly mounted on the transferring platform, wherein the adsorption unit comprises an adsorption plate; the adsorption plate comprises a first adsorption region and a second adsorption region; when the adsorption unit adsorbs a liquid crystal panel, the first adsorption region of the adsorption plate is in contact with a panel product region of the liquid crystal panel; the second adsorption region of the adsorption plate is in contact with a leftover region of the liquid crystal panel, wherein an adsorption force on the panel product region of the first adsorption region is different from the adsorption force on the leftover region of the second adsorption region.
