The rapid charging method comprises the steps of acquiring a maximum charging current allowed by a charging trunk circuit and a charging current required for charging of the parallel battery pack; comparing the charging current required for charging of the parallel battery pack with the maximum charging current allowed by the charging trunk circuit; executing parallel charging on a battery unit if the charging current required for charging of the parallel battery pack is smaller than or equal to the maximum charging current allowed by the charging trunk circuit; partially or completely converting each battery unit in the parallel battery pack to be connected in series if the charging current required for charging of the parallel charging pack is larger than the maximum charging current allowed by the charging main trunk, and executing series charging on the battery unit. Moreover, the embodiment of the invention also provides a rapid charging system and rapid charging device of the parallel battery pack.
