AI Technical Summary

Benefits of technology

This patented describes an improved way to measure the tensile force between two materials that can be easily measured without damaging them during their manufacturing process. It involves direct drills into the material being tested (masonic bricks) followed by testing it under specific conditions such as pressure and temperature. By measuring this stress level over time, we get more precise data about how well these materials work compared against other alternatives like plaster walls made up mostly of wood. These tests help us make better decisions when selecting alternative building components based upon its ability to resist tearing forces caused by water vapor condensation.

Problems solved by technology

This patented technical problem addressed during the study described in the National Standard describes different ways how well an antiskid or seismicity property can protect buildings from severe weather events such as fires. One way it achieves this involves measuring the resistance against compression force between layers made up of mortars filled with concrete. Another approach uses tension tests applied at specific locations within each layer called windows openings. These techniques have limitations due to weaknesses found near certain areas where structural elements may fail.

Embodiment Construction

[0032] In order to make the object, technical solution and advantages of the present invention more clear, the present invention will be further described in detail below in conjunction with the examples. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described here are only used to explain the present invention, not to limit the present invention.

[0033] The application principle of the present invention will be described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

[0034] Such as figure 1 As shown, the cement mortar concrete porous brick wall masonry shear strength detection method of the embodiment of the present invention comprises the following steps:

[0035] S101: To determine the wall pieces to be tested for shear strength, the plaster on the wall should be removed to expose the horizontal and vertical mortar joints;

[0036] S102: 3 coring points are arranged on the wall, and only 1 measuring point is arranged in the same horizontal pla...

Abstract

The invention discloses a detection method for detecting the brickwork shear strength of a cement mortar concrete porous brick wall. According to the method, the brickwork shear strength is detected based on the core drilling method. The brickwork is directly drilled to obtain a core sample. Arc surface-shaped holes in the core sample of the porous brickwork are filled densely by adopting the quick-hardening material. Meanwhile, the end bearing surface of the core sample is leveled and blocked up. After that, the shear strength test on the brickwork is conducted along the straight-joint cross section of the core sample. The shear strength of the brickwork core sample is converted into the shear strength of the brickwork. According to the technical scheme of the invention, the detection result of the method directly reflects the shear strength value the straight-joint cross section of the brickwork, so that the shear strength of the brickwork can be accurately reflected. Therefore, the method provides a basis for design-checking and calculation or identification and reinforcement. Meanwhile, the result is accurate and reliable, and the damage to the original structure is reduced, wherein a damaged part can be easily repaired. The above technique completes the field detection technology of brickwork projects and has good social and economic benefits. The correlation index of a relation curve between the shear strength of the core sample and the shear strength of a brickwork standard component is relatively high, and the average relative error of the curve is 13.7%. The relative standard deviation of the curve is 19.7%.
