Abstract

The cherry blossom glaze is prepared from ground coat and cover coat, wherein the ground coat is prepared from the following raw materials: potassium feldspar, ferric oxide, silica, talc and calcium carbonate; the cover coat is prepared from the following raw materials: sodium feldspar, calcium carbonate, barium carbonate, zinc oxide, magnesium carbonate, kaolin clay, silica and talc. The preparation technology comprises the steps of carrying out wet ball-milling on the raw materials of the ground coat, sieving and then blending to form glaze slip, and applying the glaze slip onto a biscuit firing billet body; carrying out wet ball-milling on the raw materials of the cover coat, sieving and then blending to form glaze slip, and applying the glaze slip onto the billet body coated with the ground coat; transferring the kiln feed billet body into a kiln furnace, heating up to 900 DEG C, carrying out moderate reduction and firing to 1000 DEG C, and carrying out high reduction and firing to 1300 DEG C; cooling to room temperature along with the furnace to obtain cherry blossom glaze chinaware.
