Abstract

The invention relates to a broke disposal system and a method for preventing back-section broke groove overflow by using the broke disposal system. The broke disposal system comprises the back-section broke groove (1); a rewinder (3) and a large cutting knife (4), wherein one end of the back-section broke groove is respectively communicated with the rewinder and the large cutting knife so as to simultaneously receive recycled products generated from the rewinder and the large cutting knife; a deflaker (2), wherein the other end of the back-section broke groove is communicated with the deflaker so as to discharge the received recycled products to the deflaker for defibering. The broke disposal system is further provided with a liquid level interlock control unit. The liquid level interlock control unit is used for detecting the liquid level of the back-section broke groove, and controlling the large cutting knife to be operated according to the detected liquid level.
