Abstract

A hydraulic transmission unit provided with a coupler and a brake is characterized in that an input shaft of a hollow structure, wherein one end of the input shaft is provided with input gears which are supported into a housing through bearings; one side of a solid output shaft passes through an empty cavity of the input shaft, and a shaft sleeve is fixed to the head part of the solid output shaft; one end of the shaft sleeve is supported through a bearing v while the other end of the shaft sleeve is fixedly connected with hydraulic coupler turbines; the hydraulic coupler turbines are fixedly connected with a rear housing; the other side of the output shaft is provided with brake rotors and output gears, and the brake rotors and the output gears are supported through bearings. According to the hydraulic transmission unit provided with the coupler and the brake, a hydraulic traction unit of the coupler and a hydraulic braking unit of the brake are arranged on the same shaft; the input shaft is in noncontact connection with the output shaft; the power transmission is performed in a hydraulic manner.
