The accommodating chambers can rotate around the axis of the circumference. The certificate transmission mechanism comprises a conveying channel and a pushing device. The transmission channel and the pushing device are arranged at two sides of the circumference in which the accommodating chambers are arranged. In certificate storing, the corresponding accommodating chamber is rotated to one side of the conveying channel, and the conveying channel conveys the certificate that is stored into the cabinet body into the accommodating chamber. In certificate retrieving, the corresponding accommodating chamber is rotated to a portion between the pushing device and the conveying channel. The pushing device pushes the certificate in the accommodating chamber to the conveying channel, and the conveying channel conveys the certificate out of the cabinet body. The certificate storing and retrieving equipment realizes total automatic operation and automatic management and can replace manual certificate management and dispensing.
