Embodiment Construction

[0052] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.

[0053] like figure 1 As shown, the operation process of the multi-target buffer allocation method for the remanufacturing system includes the following steps:

[0054] (1) Establish a remanufacturing system model, the remanufacturing system model includes a remanufacturing production line, inventory and a buffer zone, the remanufacturing production line includes M stations, one station includes a machine, and the buffer zone is divided into M , the buffer is allocated correspondingly to the station, and the buffer capacity of the corresponding station is configured as K i ≥0, the inventory includes recycled parts inventory, remanufactured parts inventory and waste station inventory, and the recycled parts inventory is W 0 , the inventory of remanufactured parts is W M+1 , the waste station inventory is W M+2 , assuming that the workpiece ...

Abstract

The invention provides a multi-target buffer region distribution method of a remanufacturing system. A remanufacturing system model is established; the system is decomposed and node expanding is carried out; a probability parameter of the expanded node is calculated and a node arrival rate and an output rate are calculated; a system maximized output rate and a minimized remanufactured product inventory value are calculated; and then calculation is carried out by using a multi-target algorithm TS-NSGA II algorithm, thereby obtaining a performance index of a buffer region. Therefore, a problem of a multi-target buffer region distribution can be solved effectively. The method has good effects in convergence, diversity, and operating time.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of mechanical remanufacturing, and relates to a buffer allocation method for a remanufacturing system, in particular to a multi-target buffer allocation method for a remanufacturing system. Background technique [0002] Manufacturing is the main body of the national economy, the foundation of a country, the tool of rejuvenation, and the foundation of a strong country. In the past century, while manufacturing has brought unprecedented wealth to mankind, it has also consumed a lot of energy and resources and become an important source of environmental pollution. Therefore, remanufacturing came into being. Remanufacturing is a process in which a product that has reached its end of life or is about to be discarded is repaired and technologically transformed to make it meet or even exceed the performance of the original product. Remanufacturing is an effective way of recycling materials, and it is a concrete em...
