Abstract

The invention discloses a double-back-pole MEMS sound generation device and electronic equipment. A substrate is sequentially provided with a lower back pole, a vibrating film and an upper back pole in the mode of deposition and etching, wherein the lower back pole, the vibrating film and the upper back pole are supported by an insulating layer. The substrate is provided with a back cavity opposite to the lower back pole. The upper and lower back poles are configured to respectively apply DC electric signals with opposite voltages in a continuous manner, and the vibrating film is configured to apply an AC electric signal.
