The steering engine clutch engagement / disengagement state control circuit is characterized in that a diode D1 is arranged between the output end K1b of a first normally-open electronic switch K1 and the high end of a clutch coil; a first monitor circuit (3) is arranged between the output end K1b of the first normally-open electronic switch K1 and a control terminal K1c; a second monitor circuit (5) is arranged between the control end K2c of a second normally-open electronic switch K2 and the low end of the clutch coil. The steering engine clutch engagement / disengagement state control circuit can solve the problem that the disengagement control safety redundancy of the clutch degrades when the first normally-open electronic switch K1 or the second normally-open electronic switch K2 is in short-circuit fault; thus, the safety hazards are eliminated.
