The method comprises the following steps: recording, storing and detecting input times of the touch screen by a counter, and adding 1 to the counter when input on the touch screen is detected; resetting the counter when change of the display content of the display screen is detected; and judging that a mobile terminal crashes when a count value of the counter exceeds a set threshold value.
