Abstract

The setting method comprises steps of firstly installing a video camera to acquire non-motor lane road and traffic data, and determining a non-motor flow service horizontal grade according to acquired data so as to determine whether an in-road parking zone is allowed to be set on a non-motor lane; then, determining a parking mode of the in-road parking zone, calculating the maximum parking stall scale, and the driving-in and driving-out frequency; adjusting the parking scale so as to obtain an optimal in-road parking stall scale and an optimal parking mode; and finally, setting parking stalls with corresponding number and parking modes on the non-motor lane, installing an entry-exit control system and drawing a door opening prompt line. According to the invention, a coordination problem between non-motor traffics and in-road parking system is solved and working efficiency of the in-road parking system on the urban non-motor lane is improved.
