The flight into terrain threat avoidance method comprises the steps of predicting a future flight path of the aircraft by adopting an aircraft six-degree-of-freedom model, and performing a next step when a ground hitting threat is judged to exist from the future flight path; planning an avoidance flight path of the aircraft by adopting a heuristic search algorithm so as to acquire a planned avoidance path, wherein the step comprises restriction for constraint conditions and punishment conditions in the heuristic search algorithm; and converting the planned avoidance path into a manipulation indicator in the form of an attitude angle so as to guide a pilot to operate. The flight into terrain threat avoidance method based on the real-time performance of the aircraft can improve the alarm accuracy, and guide the pilot to perform appropriate alarm response measures, thereby not only reducing the operation load of the pilot, but also improving the safety, the economy and the comfort of flight of the aircraft.
