The buffer power distribution cabinet comprises a cabinet body and a cabinet door, wherein cooling openings are formed in two sides of the cabinet body; a panel is arranged at the front end of the cabinet body; an opening is formed in the panel; the left side of the panel is hinged with the cabinet door and a buffer strip is arranged at the right side of the panel; the buffer strip is vertically arranged and a buffer slot is arranged in the middle part of the buffer strip; a magnet is arranged in the buffer strip; a rib matched with the buffer slot is arranged on the cabinet door; a magnet which is the same as the buffer strip in magnetism and opposite to the buffer strip in orientation is arranged in the rib; a viewing port is arranged in the upper end of the cabinet door; a timer for timing and a signal transmitting device for transmitting a signal to a monitor room are arranged at the lower end of the cabinet door; the timer is electrically connected with the signal transmitting device; and a handle is arranged at the right side of the cabinet door.
