Abstract

The method comprises: (1), selecting matching blocks with diversified features; (2) operating a kernelized-correlation-filters (KCF) target tracking algorithm to determine picture changes; (3), according to a result obtained at the step (2), calculating difference values between coordinates at upper left corners of all matching blocks in a current frame and coordinates at the upper left corners of corresponding matching blocks in a reference frame; and (4), repeating the steps (2) and (3) until a video ends.
