The method comprises: selecting a trapping sea area, making a trapping and adopting fry net cage device, naturally trapping and adopting fries and breeding, and performing cultivation daily management. According to life habit, morphological structure, ingestion and behavior characteristics of the yellow-spot siganus, natural fry adopting and cage culture of the yellow-spot siganus are realized, so the yellow-spot siganus does not leave water in whole trapping and culture process, preventing stress and concentrated capture of the yellow-spot siganus caused by capture and transport operation, and preventing the yellow-spot siganus from stabbing and wounding each other. The method can effectively solve problems that yellow-spot siganus is difficult to cultivate caused by stab wound and stress occurred in capture and transportation of the yellow-spot siganus cage culture fries at present, and opens up an efficient ecological breeding mode for natural fry adopting, cage culture, rotation for capturing and selling, and circulating culture of yellow-spot siganus. The invention provides a new culture technology for yellow-spot siganus net cage breeding industry, and greatly improves culture benefit of the yellow-spot siganus.
