Abstract

The invention aims to provide a resonance hole-plate type electronic control fuel injector with carved grooves. The resonance hole-plate type electronic control fuel injector comprises a fuel injector body, a flow-limiting valve assembly, an electromagnetic valve, a needle valve assembly and a jet nozzle. The fuel injector body is internally provided with a pressure accumulation cavity which communicates with a main fuel inlet and the flow-limiting valve assembly, so that stability of fuel injection processes of all cylinders is guaranteed in the large-pulse-width fuel injection process. The bottom of the flow-limiting valve assembly is provided with a resonance through hole and a resonance throttling hole, and fluctuation of fuel passing through the flow-limiting valve assembly is effectively reduced. Through two-path fuel feeding of a hole-plate throttling hole and an annular side face fuel path, the pressure building-up process of a control cavity is accelerated, and the falling response speed of a needle valve is increased. The surface of the needle valve is provided with the grooves of micron-level depth, hole flowing stability can be effectively improved, and the cavitation erosion degree of the fuel injector is lowered. Through a hole-plate structure machined in the needle valve assembly, the dynamic fuel return quantity in the fuel spraying process is effectively reduced, and the effect of micro-dynamic fuel return is achieved.
