A process can generate vehicle insurance data through user information and vehicle information operation, and furthermore determines an insurance premium grade of a driver through the vehicle insurance data. A third detecting device detects a front road image of the vehicle and transmits the road image information to the processor for performing operation processing on the road image information for detecting. The processor comprises an ADAS detecting module and a UBI analysis module. The first detecting device and the third detecting device are connected with the ADAS detecting module. The second detecting device is connected with the UBI analysis module. The novel vehicle insurance system further comprises an ADAS reminding module which is connected with the ADAS detecting module for receiving analysis data of the ADAS detecting module and judges whether the analysis data satisfy an alarming condition, and if yes, the ADAS reminding module performs alarming.
