Abstract

The invention provides a three-dimensional visual management and control system and method for gas safety of an iron and steel enterprise. The system comprises a coal gas monitoring and early warningmodule, a coal gas operator safety protection module, a coal gas risk factor visualization module and a coal gas safety visualization linkage module; the coal gas monitoring and early warning module is used for accessing monitoring data related to coal gas into the system and tracking the energy state of a coal gas pipe network in real time; the gas operator safety protection module is used for achieving multiple measures to automatically guarantee the safety of operators; and the gas safety visual linkage module is used for automatically identifying hidden dangers in various steel enterprises, and is linked with personnel and important equipment around a hidden danger point according to the levels of the hidden dangers. According to the invention, the gas monitoring point location and thereal scene are organically associated, the gas operation area and operators are uniformly managed and controlled, a visual linkage means for gas leakage accidents is provided, the safety of the operators can be enhanced, and the accident occurrence probability is reduced.
