The right yoke in an inverted L shape includes a second vertical part and a second horizontal part; the second vertical part is connected with the other end of the iron core; the second horizontal part has one insulating-material segment; and a permanent magnet is arranged above the second horizontal part. The armature is arranged below the first horizontal part and the second horizontal part; a first vertical distance and a second vertical distance are formed between the armature and the first horizontal part and the second horizontal part respectively; and the armature is in contact with the first horizontal part or the second horizontal part by a rotating shaft.
