The preparation method comprises the following steps: taking matteuccia struthiopteris powder as a raw material, performing reflux extraction by utilizing ethanol, and concentrating an extraction solution into a matteuccia struthiopteris extract; mixing with ethanol, tween-80 and water, and packaging to obtain a finished product. After the matteuccia struthiopteris plant-sourced pesticide is used for spraying diseased plants, a relatively good control effect can be achieved. Results of performance measurement on the plant-sourced pesticide show that various indexes reach qualified standards; pharmacodynamic tests show that the matteuccia struthiopteris plant-sourced pesticide can effectively inhibit tomato canker bacteria and is non-toxic to tomatoes. The preparation method is simple in process; the plant-sourced pesticide is low in cost and good in product stability, does not pollute soil, underground water resources and agricultural products, and is an ideal novel plant-sourced pesticide.
