Abstract

The invention discloses a quick-closing valve and belongs to the technical field of steam valves. The quick-closing valve comprises a quick-closing valve seat, a quick-closing valve body, a quick-closing valve element, a drive oil cylinder, a control mechanism and a control oil cylinder. The quick-closing valve seat is provided with a steaming opening. The quick-closing valve body can be arranged on the steaming opening in an opening and closing manner. The two ends of the quick-closing valve element are fixedly connected with the quick-closing valve body and a drive piston of the drive oil cylinder correspondingly. The end, away from the drive piston, of the drive oil cylinder is provided with an installation hole, and a second oil discharging port is formed in the side wall of the installation hole. The control mechanism comprises a sliding rod, a first connecting rod and a second connecting rod. The sliding rod is movably arranged in the installation hole, and an oil inlet channel capable of communicating with the second oil discharging port is arranged in the sliding rod. The first connecting rod is connected to the sliding rod in a lapping manner and is rotationally connected with one end of the second connecting rod. The second connecting rod is connected with the control oil cylinder through an elastic part. A control piston rod of the control oil cylinder is separably arranged at the end portion of the sliding rod. According to the quick-closing valve, the problem of insufficient operation safety caused by automatic opening of the quick-closing valve due to electronic control misoperation can be avoided.
