The virtual machine life cycle management system and the virtual machine life cycle management method meet clients' requirements on different configuration of virtual machines conveniently and rapidly. The virtual machines created automatically are provided to users within a short time, the waste virtual machines are recovered automatically so that resources are released in time, and the ecological closed-loop of the virtual machines is completed flexibly on the premise of meeting business requirements.
