An electromagnetic clutch of the electromagnetic clutching device is selectively operated to be powered on, so that an armature is controlled to move far away from or close to the electromagnetic clutch; through movement of the armature, a poking block in the pushing mechanism can be driven to rotate around a pin shaft; and through rotation of the poking block, the locking mechanism can be driven to move, and furthermore, a locking ring and a locking pin are pushed to move toward the second shaft half gear till the locking pin is inserted into a corresponding locking pin hole in the second shaft half gear, so that the differential mechanism is in the locked state.
