Abstract

The invention relates to a high-voltage cable construction defect grading method, in particular to an improved fuzzy triangle number-based high-voltage cable construction defect grading method. Four new evaluation indexes are added as evaluation standards on the basis of considering expert experience; an improved fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is taken as a framework; the consensuses of all evaluation experts are integrated by integrating triangular fuzzy numbers, thereby establishing fuzzy weights of the evaluation indexes and prevent unique insights of part of the experts from being filtered; then non fuzzy weights are solved by using a gravity center method, thereby avoiding influence of subjectivity of the experts on the evaluation indexes in defect grade evaluation; quantified construction defect data is obtained through scores of the experts; an objective and practical grading method is provided for an enterprise decision maker; the grading effect is relatively ideal; and powerful decision support is provided for selection of student training difficulty.
