Abstract

The invention provides a multi-module slurry soaking system. The multi-module slurry soaking system comprises a slurry barrel, a module loading unit, a lifting driving unit, a scraper blade rotating unit and a vacuumizing unit, wherein the module loading unit comprises multi-layered net racks and a plurality of connecting rods; the multi-layered net racks are connected together by the connecting rods; a slurry scraper blade is arranged on the outer side of each connecting rod in the axial direction; a plurality of slurry through holes are formed in each slurry scraper blade; an outer gear ring sleeves the edge of a top plate; a driving rod of the lifting driving unit is connected to the center of the top plate through a bent tube; the top plate is rotatably connected with a vertical section of the bent tube; the scraper blade rotating unit comprises a reducing motor and a gear connected to an output shaft of the reducing motor; and the gear is positioned beside the slurry barrel and can be engaged with the outer gear ring. According to the multi-module slurry soaking system, by the module loading unit, the lifting driving unit, the scraper blade rotating unit and the vacuumizing unit, lots of technical problems that module slurry soaking is incomplete, air is generated in module slurry soaking and the like in the traditional slurry soaking machine are solved.
