The particular method comprises the steps of placing an acetylene black modified glassy carbon electrode in 0.1mol/L PBS solution containing 2mmol/L L-aspartic acid and having pH (potential of hydrogen) of 7.0, and performing cyclic voltammetry scanning with a range of -0.8-2.0V at a speed of 100mV/s to prepare the L-ASP/AB/GCE (aspartic acid/acetylene black/glassy carbon electrode).
