The inspection device comprises a sample gas input device, a pressure adjustment device and a main control unit, which are arranged at the outer part of a gas analyzer, wherein the sample gas input device comprises a sample gas input pipe which is communicated with a gas pipeline of the gas analyzer; the sample gas input pipe is provided with a zero-gas solenoid valve and a span gas solenoid valve; the pressure adjustment device is connected with the sample gas input device and is used for controlling sample gas input pressure; the main control unit is connected with the sample gas input device and the pressure adjustment device and is used for detecting and analyzing performance parameters of the gas analyzer. The sample gas input device, the pressure adjustment device and the main control unit are arranged at the outer part of the gas analyzer and are connected only through a pipeline, so that the inspection device not limited to one set of the gas analyzer but can be connected with any gas analyzer with a model matched with the inspection device; the plurality of sets of gas analyzers can be inspected and an application range is very wide.
