Abstract

The invention relates to a distortion spectrum calibration result uncertainty analysis method, and belongs to the technical field of electrical measurement. The uncertainty analysis method analyzes two sources of uncertainty: 1) uncertainty u1 due to leakage of sidelobe of a window function when carrying out processing on data based on fast Fourier transform; and 2) uncertainty u2 generated when testing system nonlinearity, wherein for the u1, obtaining attenuation of a first sidelobe with respect to a main lobe according to the type of the window function for truncated signals, calculating first sidelobe amplitude and calculating uncertainty contribute thereof according to uniform distribution; and for the u2, evaluating uncertainty contribute thereof by calculating amplitude difference at the places of third-order intercept points 2.f1-f2, 2.f2-f1, 2.f1+f2 and 2.f2+f1 obtained when two sine-wave signals f1, 3V and f2, 3V pass through the system in a mixed manner and in a separated manner respectively. The method determines the sources of uncertainty of distortion spectrum calibration results and finishes calculation of each uncertainty component, and finishes uncertainty analysis of the distortion spectrum calibration results.
