Abstract

The method comprises the steps of conducting primary processing on audio to be detected after the audio to be detected is received, so as to obtain a correlation value sequence of the audio to be detected, wherein the correlation value sequence is used for indicating the self-correlation property of the audio to be detected; conducting secondary processing on the correlation value sequence to obtain an average correlation coefficient of the audio to be detected, wherein the average correlation coefficient is used for indicating the correlation between multiple correlation values in the correlation value sequence; and determining whether the tone quality of the audio to be detected meets the tone quality standard based on the average correlation coefficient and a preset standard threshold value. The average correlation coefficient of the audio to be detected is obtained by acquiring the correlation value sequence representing the self-correlation property of the audio to be detected, and then tone quality detection is conducted according to the average correlation coefficient. Based on the difference in self-correlation property between noise and music sound, the fact that audio containing noise does not meet a preset tone quality standard can be detected by means of the method, and therefore tone quality detection accuracy is improved.
