When one control switch cannot be switched off, the corresponding balance resistor continuously consumes the electric energy of the corresponding single battery; however, the devices, which are arranged in seires, have certain conducting voltage drop, so that when the voltage of the corresponding single battery is lowered to the conducting voltage drop, the devices are not conducted any more and voltage of the corresponding single battery is not lower than a safety value; over-discharge of the corresponding single battery is avoided, and influences on normal utilization and safety operation of the corresponding single battery and the whole battery pack are avoided; more serious faults of a system are prevented.
